First steps and The BIG race!

Ok first tentative step onto “our” blog! No really I’ve been an integral part of the machinery behind the scenes…honest. I felt it is now the appropriate time for me to grace the site with my presence (Said in mock arrogance as Lisa has set the bar v.high, don’t tell her I said that). What a team we make :)

I’m a little disappointed that I have not been able to rig the current poll for our honey moon, I have tried to put extra votes in on one particular location (I’ll leave that to you imagination) but to no avail. The very clever software said only one vote per person please. Opps.

Ok I better give an update as I have not contributed, it is some what of a daunting task when your other half is very witty, I am the straight guy in this comedy duo, aka a relationship.

I almost entered a post charting our progress on the “Big Race”(New Years Eve). Now by this I do not mean the one to the alter, or the one from the alter, but the one to beat my boss (Oscar) and his lovely wife (Taina) in a fun run. Yes that is right fun run, however the gauntlet had been laid down and I’m not one to back away from a challenge. That is why I am with Lisa!!

Anyway the preparation in the middle of the Atlantic during several big storms running like a demented hamster on a running machine almost killed me. Needless to say we lost the challenge but had a great time participating. I guess that is why they call it a fun run. That is my story and I’m sticking to it, you will have to ask Lisa for her side of the story.
